If the foregoing conditions or any applicable provisions of law are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to the Company and the Consignor (including without limitation the right to hold the purchaser(s) liable for the bid price) the Company, at its option, may either cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser(s), or resell the property. Tracking information will need to be obtained by third party shipper for larger items purchased. After payment is made your purchase will be shipped and tracking will be sent by email. Successful bidders will receive a final invoice within 3-4 business days after the auction giving you payment and shipping details, if applicable, pertaining to the item(s) you have purchased. The minimum cost for shipping is $20.00 for the total order. A low bid purchase price does not mean shipping costs will be any less. Shipping costs are in addition to the auction purchase amount.
